Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various day-to-day GA focused on creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for the Cerritos office and distribution centers, working closely with regional GA PIC's in the NA region
  • Check whether general affairs/safety policies are operated according to standards and lead enhancements
  • Carry out administrative duties for the Cerritos Office and Santa Ana Office
  • Provide support for onboarding and termination processes of Cerritos and Santa Ana office
  • Carry out administrative duties in connection with personnel changes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office management duties, such as office maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment of Cerritos Office
  • Maintain the office by ensuring office systems are all operating properly (printers, scanner, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
  • Routinely take care of facility management (safety and cleanliness) of all areas in the office
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory of all company assets
  • Manage and process invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by working closely with the Finance Team
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and executive direct requests
  • Inspects the facility (office/distribution center) to identify safety, health, and environmental risks
  • Performs other job related duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office operations and administrative work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required in related field
  • Excellent computer skills (including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail and skilled in taking initiatives
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Timely completion of functional requests
  • Work well as a team member with other employees, consultants and contractors
  • Provide regular reports and regular communication with designated project manager
